Terms, without the fog.
The short version: we do what the scope says, you own what you pay for, and the guarantee means what it says. The longer version:
1. Engagements & scope
Every engagement is defined by a written scope (typically your blueprint and proposal). That document — deliverables, timeline, price — governs the work. Changes are agreed in writing before they're built.
2. The Phase 1 guarantee
Phase 1 websites are guaranteed as published on our Websites page: ADA-conformant build, valid schema, correct meta tags and headers, no broken links, optimized images, three rounds of revisions, and positive movement in search visibility measured in your dashboard within ninety days of launch. If we miss any of these and cannot cure it within fifteen business days of notice, you receive a full refund of Phase 1 fees.
3. Payment
Prices are fixed per the scope. Invoices are due as scheduled in the proposal. Recurring services continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with thirty days' notice.
4. Ownership
On full payment, you own your deliverables: your website, your content, your Everything Agent documents, your data. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, libraries, templates and platform. If we part ways, you keep what you paid for and we'll assist a reasonable handoff.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to materials you provide (photos, logos, content), that information you approve for publication is accurate, and that connected accounts are yours to connect.
6. Third-party services
Some features run through third-party platforms (social networks, search providers, communication carriers). We configure and operate them diligently, but their availability and policy changes are outside our control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
