What we collect

What you give us: name, email, phone and website when you request a blueprint or contact us; account details when you become a client.
Platform data: when you use our client dashboard, we store the business content you add — photos, brand documents, posts, connection settings — to deliver the service.
Connected services: with your explicit authorization, we access third-party accounts you connect (for example Google services or social platforms) solely to provide the features you enable. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Usage basics: standard technical logs and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service working and improve it.

How we use it

To deliver the services you asked for — blueprints, websites, content, automations.
To operate your client dashboard and the automations you approve.
To contact you about your engagement. No spam, and no third-party marketing — ever.

What we never do

We never sell your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.
We never post to your accounts without your approval settings saying so.
We never use your connected-account data for anything beyond the features you enabled.

Storage & security

Data is stored with enterprise infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials for connected services live in an encrypted vault with strict, per-client access controls. We retain data for as long as you're a client (or your request is active) and delete it on request.

Your rights

Email us and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — usually within a few business days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date.
